About this Project
We replaced the old roof with 8,000 sq ft of new Siplast Teranap material and added a Green Roof to the rooftop. Green Roofs have many benefits such as reduction of storm-water runoff, reduction of heat generated by dark surfaces, reduction of cooling & heating costs, and extends the life of the roof membrane.
